27s on a 99

I have the opportunity to get a set of 27in MudLights and am wondering how my 99 350 completely stock would work with them. Or should I try find some 25s

I had this same delima, I ended up originally going with the 27's - Mudlites. Around the yard I thought I was good to go. First trip out in the wilderness, :( UH-OH. Getting through any kind of hole required the use of the winch. Ended up going to some 25 zilla's and couldnt be happier. I have a 99 as well with pipe, jet and K&N. IF you don't do any mud or rut riding you would be fine but anything that requires a load to get through I believe the 27's are just to much.

25's are ideal, 26's are pushing it a bit, 27's are really too much.
