Cam and High Comp Piston

I know there has been alot of talk about either but cant search the forums to really get a good answer. So, after my AWESOME (sarcasm) CDI box purchase I want to redeem myself. Whats the deal with these two?

The Wiseco 11:1 compression piston (same 421cc bore)
Web camshaft w/ valves n shite, for low end power.

Has anyone tried either of the two? And if not these specific mods, any similar.

I think the wiseco high compression piston, with the camshaft and valve springs together would give you a great bump in power, since you have to pull the head to do the piston, I would take and do both at the same time to save having to go back in and do it later.
