Can anyone tell me what the specs are for valve lash? Mine need to be adjusted. 2005 Wolverine 350.

valve clearance (cold) intake 0.06 mm to 0.10 mm
exhaust 0.16 mm to 0.20 mm

On a cold engine:

Intake = 0.06 - 0.10mm (0.0024 - 0.0039 inches)
Exhuast = 0.16 - 0.20mm (0.0063 - 0.0079inches)

If you are a maintenance nut and check these regularly, I'll tell you what I run mine at to quiet the valvetrain down a bit - I won't post it as if you don't check them often, you can burn a valve pretty easily.

I've heard (well literally and read) and the valve train on the Wolvies can be fairly noisy. I noticed that once mine is up to op temp, it does make a bit of noise.
