Need help waking up 07 wolverine 350

I just upgraded from a Honda 250ex to a 07 wolverine 350. The throttle is dead. What all do I need to do to wake it up. Do they make a clutch kit for the bike if so would it help and a thicker belt.

Start with a new exhuast system and jet kit. I run an HMF Slip-on with a Dyno-jet kit. If that is not enough, try a high compression piston kit with a new camshaft.
